The results are in and we are proud to announce that you, our donors, have helped us shatter our goal! You blew through our $750,000 target to raise a total of $823,000! Many thanks to all of you who generously contributed and fundraised on our behalf. This time, we received donations not only from the US, but also from Brazil, Russia and especially the UK. Kudos to our newly formed Board and Underwriters at EMpower UK for making their inaugural fundraising campaign a successful one.
Special thanks to the six Board members who challenged us and agreed to donate $105,000 after we raised an initial $645,000. Their faith in our work and in your support helped keep the momentum going throughout the fundraising season.
