Grupo Primavera

Grupo Primavera provides complementary education and develops the interpersonal skills of young women, equipping them to be successful in the working world and to be leaders in their communities. EMpower’s final grant to Grupo Primavera (2007-9) supported the organization to develop a more robust marketing and sales strategies for the handmade dolls produced by young women who participate in their programs, as a means to provide young women with steady income while promoting organizational self-sustainability.
