The Triple Trust Organisation

The Triple Trust Organisation (TTO) was formed in response to the need for self-employment opportunities in the fast-growing settlements in the area surrounding Cape Town, where unemployment is particularly acute. With EMpower support in 2008, TTO linked disadvantaged youth participants from Mdantsane Township in the Eastern Cape to employment through intensive trainings, workshops and networking which, based on the individuals’ interest and strengths. As a result, individuals were linked with internships, community service, micro enterprises and direct employment in and near their communities.
